In this section, you’ll find various documents providing additional information about the Hoffman Center and its operations.
Strategic Plan: The Hoffman Center Board of Directors, along with several members of the community, participated in a strategic planning retreat. The retreat was held at the Salmonberry Lodge (generously donated by owner, George Reinmiller). The beautiful setting was inspiring. With support from a grant from the Family Ford Family foundation, consultants Paul Lipscomb and Bob Hazen led the group to help determine the key initiatives Hoffman Center needed to pursue to become successful. The Hoffman Center Strategic Plan 0709 was then developed by the board in several work session over the next few months. It was approved at the July, 2009 Board Meeting and is an ever-evolving blueprint for the Hoffman Center.
