Manzanita Music Festival Schedule

If you’re in town on July 23rd-24th, be sure to stop by the Hoffman Gardens.  We’re one of three venues for the inaugural Manzanita Music Festival. Just about every style of music will be on offer, along with .  And it’s FREE!

Here’s the schedule for two of the Stages.  There will also be activities in the Cascade Sotheby’s parking lot (where the Farmer’s Market is held on Fridays).

Night of Live Jazz/Swing/Dancing Set for Manzanita

beyond the sea musicians imageVortex Productions will present “Beyond the Sea,” an evening of live jazz/swing, dancing and cocktails, Saturday, May 7 from 6:30 to 9 p.m. at the Hoffman Center for the Arts in Manzanita. The event will be a benefit the first Manzanita Music Festival, which will be held July 23-24 at three local venues.

Performing that evening will be Kate Morrison of Kate and the Crocodiles, Gavin Bondy of Pink Martini and Kate and the Crocodiles, plus Michael Correy, of Michael’s Music in Cannon Beach, Chris Freesman, Peter Hinsbeeck, and Josh Correy.

Tickets are $20 each or $35 per couple, and are available by contacting manzanitamusicfestival@gmail.com.

Sound and staging will be provided by Full Spectrum Media. A cash bar and hors d’oeuvres will be available.

The Manzanita Music Festival will be an annual celebration that presents a multi genre — Americana, Folk, Pop, Reggae, Bluegrass — collection of local, regional, and national musicians.

The festival will take place Saturday, Jul. 23 and Sunday Jul. 24. It will kick off at the beach immediately after the 26th Annual Manzanita Beach Walk and Run. The second venue will be at the corner of 3rd and Laneda Ave. The main stage will be set up at the Hoffman Gardens next to the library. Local and regional craft brews, plus wine, and food will be available at the various venues.

“The Manzanita Music Festival is partnering with the Hoffman Center for the Arts and the North County Recreation District. These partners promote the educational, recreational, social, and physical well being of residents of Tillamook County,” said festival co-organizer Beth Carter-Boyer. “Proceeds from the event will support other like-minded organizations in the community.”
