The Hoffman Center for the Arts offers a variety of workshops as part of its programming. Join us for a writing workshop led by a published Northwest author or a visual arts workshop led by local or visiting artists. Most workshops are open to any skill level so we encourage you to try your hand at something new.
BE SURE to check below that the class isn’t already full. If it is, we will not be able to refund the entire amount. Scroll all the way down to see all the workshops on offer.

Please register early. Many of our workshop leaders come to Manzanita expressly to offer these opportunities and it’s important to know the level of interest in order to ensure the workshop will take place.

November 5: Carole Zucker, Script Interpretation and Text Analysis, 11 to 5 pm, with a one-hour lunch break, $50.
November 19: Cat Winters, Writing Scary, 1 to 3:30 pm, $30.
Visual Arts Workshops
Please pay only the class tuition via PayPal and pay any materials fee directly to the instructor in the class.
October 29: Beginning Encaustic, Pam Nichols, 9am – 5pm, $85 tuition plus $100 materials fee (paid directly to the instructor). CLASS IS FULL. Email email@example.com to get on a waiting list.
November 12-13: Zentangle: Two Tangled Treasures, Deb Thompson, 9:30-Noon, $35 tuition per day (or $70 for both classes), plus $6 materials fee for each day (paid directly to the instructor).
