We’re always on the lookout for new ideas for arts-related workshops, classes, or events. Check out our calendar to review the kinds of programs we offer. Then submit your proposal by following the directions below. We look forward to working with you!
WE MAKE IT EASY
A key benefit to offering your class through the Hoffman Center is that once you’ve submitted your class proposal and it’s been approved by our Programming Committee, we’ll take care of all of the marketing.
ALLOW PROPER LEAD TIME
Please allow a minimum of four (4) weeks to review and approve your proposal. This will give us plenty of time to complete materials and to market your proposed class to potential attendees in advance of the scheduled class date(s).
SUBMIT YOUR PROPOSAL
- Fill out the online form and be sure to complete all required fields
- Attach any relevant images that can be used to promote your class (photos of yourself, your work, etc.)
- Once you’ve completed the form, hit the SUBMIT button (we’ll send an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received it)
SAMPLE CLASS EVALUATION
We always ask for feedback from class attendees. That helps us ensure we’re offering the kinds of programs visitors and community members are interested in. Here’s a sample of the standard evaluation we use. Feel free to modify this form to ensure it’s relevant for your workshop or class.
